Sync driver/Software CD for 5500?

Just joined the forum, so I'll start with the ultimate newbie question.
I just picked up a SL-5500 at a yard sale, without the driver disk. When I got home, I discovered that Sharp is no linger hosting the file, and it appears nobody else is either. Are appearances deceiving? Is it out there, but I'm just not good enough at googling to find it?
I did find a lot of posts from frustrated Zaurus owners who posed this exact same question in numerous forums. I also found hosts for the 5000 and 6000 CDs, because apparently the 5500 was the last file Sharp continued to host before they abandoned it altogether. So if anybody here can turn me on to the file, I would be very grateful.
ETA: Oh, and in case it isn't clear, I need a driver because I'm running WXP.

Oh it seems that Sharp has pulled down the site. Sorry, I can't help, but I know some people use the 5500 here, so someone is bound to provide the resources you need.

Which version of the Sharp
Which version of the Sharp ROM? The common versions were 2.36, 2.37 and 3.10. The 3.x ROM introduced a new file format for storing PIM (address, calendar, ToDo) application data and the sync software is not compatible between the 2.x and 3.x software.
Unfortunately, the only way I'm aware of to determine which version ROM the system is flashed with requires a terminal console app to be installed, which in turn requires -- you guessed it -- that you be able to sync to the Zaurus. I suppose you can also search for the terminal console app in a Zaurus feed and copy it to a CF card and install it from there.
3.x ROMs will have a /home/zaurus/Applications/dtm directory containing .idx, .tdx & .box files.
2.x ROMs will have a /home/root/Applications directory, containing .xml files in the subdirs located within.
I have the various sync software CD-ROM ISOs, which I could upload to any site willing to host them.

No problem, Antikx. I know the file isn't the same filename as the one originally hosted by Sharp, but I think I had that exe extracted and zipped the files into this zip. And I know fully well I downloaded this from the SL-5600 portal, so I'm not sure if it's the same for SL-5500. I hope it helps the SL-5x00 users though since Sharp has pulled the entire thing down. :)
