Simple Shell Scripting

Awesome! I'm going to have to look at that. Every time I want to make a script for something (~3 times total :P), I've had to look up EXACTLY how to do it. Maybe this will convince me to actually learn the syntax and stuff.

Okay, I just spent more time working on the page and tried to clarify it a bit more, added a simpler example and suggested reading for those who want to go further.

Let us know how it goes when you try writing again! I just did the basics...no fancy stuff when you just start out. Variables and command line arguments are too complex for that page. I guess if there's a need and you guys don't find the "Recommended Reading" sites do it for you, let me know.
