Feed pdaxiiv2 only work with index.html

Description

The feed was http://www.tyrannozaurus.com/feed/beta3/pdaxiiv2,
now work only if you add index.html
so http://www.tyrannozaurus.com/feed/beta3/pdaxiiv2/index.html

All the Pdaxiiv2 users have the feed not working, I will inform in oesf, so is good to fix.

pdaxiiv2 is fixed now
