Camera in the Zaurus

Hello,

Not sure if there anything out there like this, but I'm looking for:
-digital CMOS camera QVGA or VGA the size that you would find in a mobile phone
-has USB interface
-has linux USB drivers

I'm OK ripping one apart if the guts of it are what I need, but just the raw camera would probably be best.

Maybe one of those tiny, generic "laptop" webcams you can get at places like OfficeMax would work? They go down to some 2cm*3cm*1cm, so the board must be smaller than that.

Your Super Zaurus of Doom is getting more features by the minute (and will even play Doom)!

they still appear on ebay from time to time.

os, as cap'fish said, ripping a very small usb webcam apart would work.

many canon cameras can be controlled using gphoto, but that isn't really a strap-on accessory!

I seem to recall some years ago there was the worlds highest res camera which was huge and had a zaurus strapped to it being used for control.... it was 1000's of $$$s
